The service was exceptional, that made the hotel luxurious place. It had an unbeatable location - next to Theater. The casual restaurant was good with plenty of meals in the menu.

Best overall experience. Phenomenal staff and soft beds, perfect setting. Our room was nice sized and clean. It was tastefully decorated and bathrooms were nice here.

Really great service, so very friendly personnel, modern design. The beds were too small here, yet it was an exceptional stay all in all. Fab location within walking distance of an esplanade avenue. The bar was great.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was definitely 4 stars for me: American breakfast and fine bed. Staff was sweet, I enjoyed everyone. The pool was brilliant and the garden - lovely. The hotel was attractive and in a remote location. Had brunch in the royal house oyster bar, located nearby...

The breakfast certainly should have been offered.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful staff, spicy food. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool combined with gorgeous views. The venue was located about 10 minutes walk from center. Again, it was good for exploring a Bourbon street👍😀
